How do I cancel my account?
| In the event a client wishes to cancel their account with ezHost123.com, they can do so at anytime by logging into their secure client area located here: http://secure.ezhost123.com/clientarea.php. Once you are logged into your account, click on the link labeled 'Web Hosting Packages', the click on the 'View Details' button. You will notice at the bottom, there is a 'Request Cancellation' button. Follow the instructions on screen for requesting an account cancellation. Please know that account cancellations are effective upon receipt. If you are experiencing problems with your account, please contact our support staff, either via our secure helpdesk, or live chat software, and we will do what we can in order to fix your problem. |
