cPanel (http:://www.domain.com/cpanel) and click on the FTP Manager icon. Click on the link that says FTP Accounts. You will then need to click on the Add FTP Account link and enter in the appropriate information. Make sure you enter the sub-directory for the sub-domain that you want to give an FTP account to. It's also a good idea to choose a login name that matches the sub-domain.
