If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees and overages.

Accounts cancelled or terminated for violating our Acceptable Usage Policy do not qualify for the 30 day money back guarantee. For instance, if you account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.
